Customized Industrial Stainless Steel Automatic Pasteurizer
Tailored to diverse industrial food processing conditions, this automatic pasteurizer delivers flexible thermal processing solutions for liquid and semi‑liquid materials. By adopting pasteurization principles of low‑temperature long‑time or high‑temperature short‑time, the equipment suppresses pathogenic bacteria, yeast and spoilage flora. Product original taste, nutrition and texture remain well‑preserved while shelf‑life gets effectively extended.
All material‑contact components adopt food‑grade SS316L stainless steel. Frame and outer housings are built with SS304 stainless steel. Heat‑recovery efficiency, heat‑exchanger structure and overall layout can be fully adjusted per onsite requirements. Plate, tubular or tunnel‑type structures are available to process clear liquid, viscous sauce, pulpy and particle‑containing raw materials. Sanitary clamp connections eliminate dead‑zone risks. CIP cleaning functions are configurable to match different GMP hygiene standards for food workshops.
