Automatic Uht Ultra-High Temperature Sterilization Machine
Adopts classic UHT ultra-high temperature short-time sterilization principle, realizing full automatic closed continuous sterilization for liquid materials. Materials get rapidly heated to set sterilization temperature, hold constant temperature for precise duration then fast cooling. Effectively eradicate bacteria, yeast, mold and heat-resistant spores, extend room-temperature shelf life significantly while retaining the original flavor, nutrition and color of dairy, juice, tea drinks and other liquid raw materials.
Structural & Sanitary Design
Material contact components are food-grade SS316L stainless steel, frame uses SS304 material. Optional plate/tubular high-efficiency heat exchanger with built-in heat recovery preheating module, greatly reducing steam and cooling water consumption. The whole pipeline adopts sanitary clamp connection with no dead corners, supports full machine CIP in-place cleaning and SIP steam sterilization, fully meets CE and GMP standards for food and beverage production workshops.
Automatic Control & Safety Mechanism
Equipped with mature PLC+HMI full automatic control system, sterilization temperature, holding time and production flow can be freely set on the touch screen. Real-time online monitoring of temperature, pressure and flow data; unqualified materials with insufficient sterilization temperature will be automatically diverted for rework, paired with overpressure, overtemperature and abnormal running fault alarm functions to ensure stable product quality.
