Ultra High Temperature Plate & Tube Sterilizer Sterilization Machine
This fully automatic sterilization equipment applies UHT ultra‑high temperature short‑time working principle for continuous treatment of liquid products. Inside closed sanitary pipelines, materials undergo rapid heating, precise temperature holding and instant cooling process. It effectively eliminates heat‑resistant spores, bacteria, yeast and mold. Realize long shelf‑life storage while preserving intrinsic aroma, protein and nutrients of dairy, juice, tea and other liquid food.
Sanitary Build Design
All product‑contact components are constructed from food‑grade SS316L stainless steel, with SS304 for main frame. Plate‑type or tubular heat exchanger can be selected according to material properties. Built‑in heat recovery pre‑heating module greatly reduces steam and cooling‑water consumption. Full sanitary clamp piping without dead corners. The unit supports complete CIP on‑site cleaning and SIP steam sterilization, meeting CE and GMP requirements for food and beverage workshops.

Automatic Operation & Safety Interlock
Equipped with mature PLC‑HMI control system. Operators set sterilization temperature, holding duration and production throughput via touch screen. Temperature, pressure and flow data are tracked in real‑time. Once material fails to reach standard sterilization condition, unqualified flow will be automatically diverted for re‑processing. Multiple alarm triggers for over‑temperature, over‑pressure and flow abnormality prevent defective goods entering downstream filling.
