Uht Automatic Ultra-High Temperature Instant Sterilizer for Milk
Specially engineered for milk and dairy‑based liquid materials, this unit performs fully‑automatic ultra‑high‑temperature short‑time sterilization within closed pipelines. Milk is rapidly heated to target sterilization temperature, held for precise time and quickly cooled down. It thoroughly eliminates heat‑resistant spores, bacteria and yeast, achieving long room‑temperature shelf‑life, while preserving milk’s natural aroma, protein and nutritional components.
Sanitary Construction
All milk‑contact components adopt food‑grade SS316L stainless steel; frame is SS304. Plate‑type or tubular heat exchanger is optional, fitted with high‑efficiency heat recovery pre‑heating section to cut steam and cooling‑water consumption. Sanitary clamp connections throughout pipelines with zero dead zones. Full compatibility with CIP on‑site cleaning and SIP steam sterilization, complying with CE and GMP requirements for dairy workshops.
Automated Operation & Dairy‑Oriented Safety Logic
Built‑in PLC‑HMI automatic control system. Sterilization temperature, holding time and processing capacity can be adjusted via touch screen. Real‑time tracking for temperature, pressure and flow. Once milk fails to reach required sterilization temperature, unqualified product will be automatically diverted for re‑processing. Multi‑fault alarms for over‑temperature, over‑pressure and flow anomalies to prevent non‑compliant milk from entering subsequent filling procedures.
