Ultra High Temperature Instant Sterilization Machine for Beverage

Purpose‑built for beverage industrial production, this UHT instant sterilization machine delivers continuous flow treatment for various drink products. Inside fully enclosed sanitary pipelines, beverage materials undergo rapid heating, accurate holding and fast cooling. Short‑time ultra‑high temperature process effectively destroys heat‑resistant spores and microorganisms, enabling finished beverages to achieve long ambient shelf‑life while preserving original aroma, taste and active substances.

Components in direct contact with beverage adopt food‑grade SS316L stainless steel, and the main frame is constructed from SS304 stainless steel. Two heat‑exchanger solutions are available for different beverage formulas. Plate type suits clarified tea drinks, clear fruit juice and other low‑viscosity beverages. Tubular version handles pulpy beverages, grain‑containing drinks and feedstock prone to blockage. Integrated heat‑recovery system recycles residual heat from treated output to preheat incoming beverage, lowering steam and cooling‑water consumption during long‑time continuous operation. Sanitary clamp connections are adopted for all pipelines without dead corners. CIP in‑place cleaning and SIP steam sterilization are supported to satisfy CE and GMP standards for beverage factories.

Equipped with mature PLC‑HMI control system, all core process parameters including sterilization temperature, holding time and production flow can be adjusted on the touch‑screen interface. Temperature, pressure and flow rate are tracked round‑the‑clock during production.

If real‑time data fails to meet sterilization requirements, unqualified beverage will be automatically circulated for re‑sterilization. Multi‑layer protection alarms for over‑temperature, over‑pressure and flow fluctuation prevent non‑compliant material from flowing into subsequent filling procedures. Reserved signal interfaces support connection with homogenizer, degasser and filling machines to realize whole‑line automatic operation.
