Custom Uht Automatic Ultra-High Temperature Instant Sterilizer Machine
Standard sterilizers cannot always fit special formulas, existing line layouts and unique factory processes. This custom UHT instant sterilizer is built to solve those points. Every unit is engineered around your actual production conditions: material characteristics, required throughput, floor space limitation and special‑process demands.
Within fully enclosed sanitary pipelines, materials go through rapid heating, precise holding and instant cooling. Ultra‑high temperature short‑time treatment eliminates heat‑resistant spores and harmful bacteria to achieve long ambient shelf‑life. Short thermal retention protects natural flavor, protein and nutrition for dairy, juice and complex liquid formulations.
All product‑contact surfaces are food‑grade SS316L stainless steel with SS304 main frame. Heat exchanger configuration, holding tube dimension, heat‑recovery efficiency and auxiliary components are fully configurable. We select plate, tubular or combined exchanger structure based on whether your feed is clear, pulpy or medium‑high viscosity. Sanitary clamp piping avoids dead corners. CIP and SIP functions are optional, fully compliant with CE and GMP food‑grade requirements.
