High Speed Self-Priming & High-Shear Mixer for Dairy
Specially developed for dairy production processes, this high‑speed self‑priming high‑shear mixer integrates powder feeding, rapid wetting, dispersion, emulsification and homogenization into one unit. It generates powerful vacuum self‑priming force to suck liquid milk base and dry powder additives directly into the working chamber without auxiliary feed pumps. The high‑speed rotor‑stator unit produces intensive mechanical shear to break agglomerations, fully hydrate proteins, stabilizers and other functional ingredients. Fish‑eyes and undissolved lumps are completely eliminated to obtain fine, homogeneous dairy feedstock. Full sanitary construction prevents cross‑contamination, perfectly suited for continuous large‑scale dairy manufacturing.
All wetted components are food‑grade SS316L stainless steel. Outer housing and support frame adopt SS304 stainless steel. Inner surface is finely polished without sanitation dead corners. Sanitary clamp connections allow quick disassembly and support CIP cleaning. Heavy‑duty food‑grade mechanical shaft seal avoids leakage and microbial contamination, meeting dairy GMP requirements and CE food‑safety standards.
