Engineered for beverage production lines, this integrated self‑priming high‑shear mixer combines feeding, emulsification, dispersion and homogenization into one compact unit. Powerful self‑priming capability sucks powder and liquid raw materials directly into working chamber without auxiliary feeding pumps. High‑speed rotor‑stator generates intense mechanical shear force to rapidly dissolve, disperse, emulsify and homogenize ingredients. Perfect for mixing powder‑into‑liquid systems while avoiding agglomeration and undissolved lumps, delivering stable, uniform beverage feedstock for downstream processing.
Wetted components adopt food‑grade SS316L stainless steel, housing and support frame use SS304 stainless steel. Sanitary internal structure leaves no dead corners. Quick‑disconnect sanitary clamp connections simplify disassembly and CIP cleaning.
