Emulsifier Self-Priming & High-Shear Mixer for Dairy
This dairy‑grade self‑priming high‑shear emulsifier mixer is engineered for dairy emulsification, powder dissolving and homogenization processes. It combines self‑priming feeding, wetting, dispersion, emulsification and homogenization in one compact unit. Powerful vacuum self‑priming draws liquid milk base and powder additives directly into the working chamber without auxiliary feed pumps. High‑speed rotor‑stator generates intense shear force to break powder agglomerates, fully hydrate proteins, stabilizers and emulsifiers. It eliminates fish‑eyes, undissolved lumps and oil‑water stratification, producing fine, stable and homogeneous dairy feedstock. Strict sanitary design avoids secondary contamination, well‑suited for continuous production in dairy plants.
All wetted parts adopt food‑grade SS316L stainless steel. Outer housing and support frame are SS304 stainless steel. Inner surfaces are precision‑polished with no sanitation dead corners. Sanitary clamp connections enable quick disassembly and full compatibility with CIP cleaning. Heavy‑duty food‑grade mechanical shaft seal prevents liquid leakage and microbial ingress, complying with dairy GMP hygiene standards and CE food‑safety regulations.
