Purpose‑built for dairy processing workflows, this sanitary self‑priming high‑shear mixer integrates powder suction, rapid wetting, dispersion, emulsification and homogenization within one compact unit. Powerful self‑priming vacuum draws powders and liquid dairy base directly into the working chamber without auxiliary feed pumps. High‑speed rotor‑stator assembly delivers intense shear force to break up agglomerates, fully hydrate stabilizers, proteins and other additives, and produce lump‑free, homogeneous dairy feedstock. Strict sanitary design prevents secondary contamination, perfectly matching continuous production requirements for various dairy products.
All wetted parts are manufactured from food‑grade SS316L stainless steel; outer housing and support frame adopt SS304 stainless steel. Smooth internal surfaces eliminate residual dead zones. Sanitary clamp connections enable quick disassembly and full compatibility with CIP cleaning.
