High Speed Self-Priming & High-Shear Mixer for Food
Developed for general food processing industries, this high‑speed self‑priming high‑shear mixer integrates automatic powder feeding, rapid wetting, dispersion, emulsification and homogenization in one compact unit. Generating strong vacuum self‑priming effect, it sucks powder additives and liquid base materials directly into the working chamber without auxiliary feed pumps. High‑speed rotor‑stator assembly delivers powerful mechanical shear to break agglomerates, fully hydrate powders and eliminate fish‑eyes. It produces homogeneous, lump‑free material and provides stable feedstock for subsequent food production processes. Strict sanitary design effectively avoids secondary contamination to meet strict hygiene requirements of food manufacturing.
All wetted parts adopt food‑grade SS316L stainless steel. Outer housing and support frame are constructed from SS304 stainless steel. Smooth inner surface removes residual dead corners. Sanitary clamp connections support quick disassembly and full compatibility with CIP cleaning.
