Our 304 sanitary pneumatic angle seat valve adopts optimized Y‑angle flow path design, effectively avoids medium dead corners and residue build‑up, fully compatible with in‑place cleaning CIP and steam sterilization SIP for hygienic production lines.
Body material: stainless steel 304 (CF8). Wetted surface fine polishing, meets sanitary requirements for food‑grade contact. Sealing options: PTFE / EPDM, suitable for liquid, gas, steam and weak corrosive media.
Pneumatic piston actuator, fast response within 1 second, supports frequent on‑off cycles. Single‑acting spring return (Normally Closed / Normally Open selectable); actuator can be rotated 360° for flexible installation. Zero‑leak shut‑off performance, low water‑hammer effect, long service life over 100,000 cycles.
Multiple connection types: Tri‑clamp, butt‑weld, internal thread. Size range DN10‑DN65. Working pressure: 0‑16 bar. Medium temperature:‑10℃ ~ +180℃. Customization available on request.
