Sanitary Pneumatic Angle Seat Valve
This sanitary pneumatic angle seat valve adopts Y‑type flow structure, eliminating internal dead legs to prevent medium residue and bacterial breeding, perfectly suitable for CIP on‑site cleaning and SIP steam sterilization.
Body material optional SS304 or SS316L, wetted surface high sanitary polishing, meets food‑grade hygienic standards. Sealing material EPDM / PTFE for liquid, gas, steam and weak corrosive media.
Equipped with pneumatic piston actuator, fast response for frequent opening‑closing operation. Single‑acting spring return design, NO / NC function selectable. Actuator supports 360° rotation for flexible installation in limited space. Features zero leakage shut‑off, low water‑hammer effect and long service life.
Multiple connection forms: sanitary tri‑clamp, butt‑weld, internal thread. Wide size range DN10‑DN65. Custom service is available for special working conditions.
