Automatic Aseptic Vacuum Dairy Product Liquid Tank
Our automatic aseptic vacuum liquid tank is specially engineered for dairy and high‑grade liquid food processing and intermediate storage. It is widely used after UHT sterilization for milk, cream, fermented milk, whey and fruit‑mixed dairy liquid. Under vacuum and fully sealed aseptic conditions, it stores sterile liquid before filling, effectively avoids oxygen exposure, bacterial re‑contamination and product oxidation, retaining original flavor, color and nutritional value of dairy products.
Inner tank adopts food‑grade SS316L stainless steel with mirror polishing, no dead corners for residue buildup. The outer shell is SS304 stainless steel with thick polyurethane insulation layer for stable temperature control. This tank integrates automatic vacuum system, sterile air protection, real‑time temperature & level monitoring, automatic CIP cleaning and SIP in‑situ sterilization functions. All running status can be monitored and adjusted via PLC & HMI touch screen.
Optional low‑speed sanitary agitator keeps homogeneous liquid status and prevents fat floating or sedimentation. All pipe connections are sanitary clamp type for quick disassembly and inspection. It can work independently or seamlessly connect with sterilizers, homogenizers and automatic filling machines. Multiple volume options cover small workshop and large‑scale dairy plant production. It meets strict food safety standards and CE requirements, an indispensable unit for high‑end dairy production lines.
