Stainless Steel Food Grade Aseptic Vacuum Milk Tank
Our stainless steel food‑grade aseptic vacuum milk tank is specially developed for sterile intermediate storage of high‑quality dairy products such as UHT milk, fermented milk, cream and milk‑based mixes. Installed between UHT sterilizer and filling unit, it holds already‑sterilized milk under sealed vacuum conditions. It greatly reduces oxygen contact, inhibits product oxidation and avoids secondary microbial contamination, preserving original milk flavour, nutrition and texture.
All wetted components are constructed from food‑grade SS316L stainless steel with mirror‑polished inner surface, zero sanitary dead‑spots for residue build‑up. Outer shell adopts SS304 stainless steel with dense polyurethane insulation layer for stable temperature retention. Integrated functions include vacuum system, sterile air protection, automatic CIP cleaning and SIP in‑place sterilization. Real‑time monitoring of temperature and liquid level is realized by PLC + HMI touch‑screen control system.
Optional low‑speed sanitary agitator prevents fat floating, layering and sedimentation for cream and blended dairy liquids. Sanitary clamp connections enable quick disassembly for inspection and maintenance. Available in multiple custom volumes, this tank can operate standalone or inline with sterilizers, homogenizers and filling machines. It meets CE, GMP and FDA food‑grade standards, an essential unit for premium dairy processing plants.
