High Speed SS316L Stainless Steel Shear Mixing Shear Pump
This inline shear pump integrates conveying, high‑speed shearing, homogenization and mixing functions into one unit. All media‑contact components are made of SS316L stainless steel, offering good corrosion resistance and meeting sanitary production requirements. As the rotor‑stator assembly rotates at high speed, materials receive intense shear, impact and turbulent agitation inside the working chamber. Particles are rapidly refined to realize emulsification, dispersion and uniform mixing. The compact unit can be directly fitted to process pipelines for continuous online treatment. Customizable rotating speed, flow rate and connection formats are available for different production workflows.
