High Speed SUS316L Stainless Steel Shear Mixing Shear Pump
This inline shear pump combines material conveying, high‑speed shearing and homogenization into one single device. All parts that contact media are manufactured from SUS316L stainless steel to meet hygienic requirements and deliver reliable anti‑corrosion performance. Driven by high‑speed rotating rotor‑stator assembly, materials are subjected to intensive shear, collision and turbulent flow inside the working chamber. This process quickly refines particles and achieves uniform emulsification and dispersion. It can be mounted directly on production pipelines for continuous online treatment. Customized rotating speed, flow rate and connection styles are available for different production processes.
