High Speed Sanitary Clamped Check Valve for Beverage
This high‑speed sanitary clamped check valve (non‑return valve) is purpose‑engineered for beverage, dairy and brewing production processes. It adopts spring‑loaded internal mechanism: valve disc opens rapidly under forward fluid pressure; once flow stops or reverse pressure occurs, the valve closes instantly to cut off backflow, avoiding cross‑contamination of beverage raw liquid and damage to upstream pumps and machines.
Manufactured from premium SS304 / SS316L stainless steel, the valve body features crevice‑free smooth inner surface. All contact‑media sealing parts meet FDA food‑grade requirements. Tri‑clamp quick‑clamp connection supports fast mounting and complete disassembly, perfectly adapted to CIP clean‑in‑place and SIP sterilization workflows, greatly lowering your maintenance time and labor cost.
