High Pressure Sanitary Clamped Check Valve for Food Beverage
This high‑pressure sanitary clamped check valve is specially developed for high‑pressure working conditions in food and beverage industries. It stops reverse flow of fluid automatically to protect pumps, filters and other upstream process equipment from water hammer and back‑flow damage.
The reinforced internal structure enables stable operation under high pressure. Valve body is made of high‑quality SS304 or SS316L stainless steel with fine mirror polishing, inner cavity without dead corners. All media‑contact sealing components comply with FDA food‑grade requirements, ensuring no contamination to food and beverage raw liquid.
Adopts tri‑clamp quick‑clamp connection style. Fast to assemble and completely detachable for inspection and part replacement. Supports CIP on‑line cleaning and SIP steam sterilization, greatly reducing downtime and maintenance cost.
Ideal for high‑pressure conveying of milk, yogurt, fruit juice, carbonated drinks, beer, syrup and other liquid food. Widely used in food factories, beverage bottling lines, breweries and dairy processing workshops. Multiple clamp sizes are available to match different on‑site piping requirements. Both horizontal and vertical installation are supported.
