Pneumatic sanitary single seat double sealed anti-mixing valve is a high‑safety hygienic mix‑proof valve for automated sanitary production lines. Adopting single‑seat double‑sealed structure with intermediate leakage cavity, it provides double‑block protection. Even if one seal fails, the isolation cavity prevents medium cross‑mixing and cross‑contamination. Driven by pneumatic actuator with spring‑return fail‑safe function. No‑dead‑corner polished inner cavity supports CIP on‑line cleaning and SIP steam sterilization. Optional position feedback switch realizes valve status signal feedback, perfect for multi‑medium switching in food, dairy, beverage, brewery and pharmaceutical industries.
