Pneumatic clamped sanitary single seat double sealed anti‑mixing valve is a high‑safety hygienic process valve for food, dairy, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. It adopts single‑seat double‑sealed isolation design with a leakage detection chamber between two independent seals. Even if one seal is damaged, the intermediate cavity effectively isolates different media and prevents cross‑mixing and cross‑contamination. Driven by pneumatic actuator and fitted with tri‑clamp quick‑clamp connection, the valve features dead‑zone‑free polished flow channel, fully supporting CIP online cleaning and SIP steam sterilization. It can cooperate with position feedback switch to realize automatic signal feedback for modern automated production lines.
