SS304 316L sanitary stainless steel clamp type check valve for steam is a spring‑loaded hygienic non‑return valve specially developed for sanitary high‑temperature steam process pipelines. Manufactured from SS304 or SS316L stainless steel, it features tri‑clamp quick‑clamp connection and mirror‑polished dead‑zone‑free inner cavity. Equipped with high‑temperature food‑grade sealing elements and reinforced internal components, it effectively blocks reverse flow of steam and condensate, mitigates water‑hammer shock, and protects sterilizers, heat exchangers and other process equipment. Fully compatible with CIP online cleaning and SIP steam sterilization, it meets strict hygiene requirements for food, beverage, dairy, brewery and pharmaceutical industries.
