Sanitary stainless steel clamp type check valve for steam is a spring‑operated hygienic non‑return valve designed for steam‑related sanitary process pipelines. Adopting tri‑clamp quick‑clamp connection and mirror‑polished inner cavity without dead corners, it avoids medium residue and bacterial accumulation. Equipped with high‑temperature food‑grade sealing components and reinforced internal structure, it effectively prevents backflow of steam and condensate water, reduces water‑hammer impact, and protects heat exchangers, sterilization equipment and process pipelines. It supports CIP on‑line cleaning and SIP steam sterilization, suitable for high‑temperature working conditions in food, beverage, pharmaceutical and brewery industries.
