Automatic Uht Ultra-High Temperature Sterilization Machine
This automatic UHT ultra‑high temperature sterilization machine applies ultra‑high‑temperature short‑time sterilization technology for liquid food. In a very short time, materials reach the set sterilization temperature to realize thorough microbial inactivation, while greatly reducing thermal impact on protein, aroma and active substances. Sterilized products can achieve long shelf‑life storage at ambient temperature, making it ideal for continuous large‑scale production of dairy, juice and other liquid products.
All material‑contact components adopt food‑grade SS316L stainless steel, and the main frame and outer protective shell are SS304 stainless steel. The built‑in high‑efficiency heat recovery system reuses residual heat of sterilized outflow to pre‑heat incoming raw materials, cutting steam and cooling‑water consumption effectively. Sanitary clamp connections are used across the pipeline system without dead zones. The unit supports full CIP in‑place cleaning and SIP steam sterilization to meet CE and GMP aseptic production requirements.
Plate‑type structure is standard for low‑viscosity clean liquid; tubular configuration is optional for pulpy, particle‑containing or high‑viscosity media to prevent flow‑path blockage during long‑hour continuous running.
