Ultra High Temperature Plate & Tube Sterilizer Sterilization Machine
This ultra‑high‑temperature plate‑and‑tube combined sterilizer integrates plate‑type and tubular heat‑exchange technologies, delivering instant high‑temperature short‑time sterilization for liquid food. By adopting UHT instantaneous sterilization principle, it achieves thorough microbial killing within seconds, minimising thermal damage to product flavour, protein and nutritional ingredients. Treated materials can realise room‑temperature long‑shelf‑life storage, widely used in large‑capacity continuous production of dairy, beverages and liquid raw materials.
All product‑contact parts are constructed from food‑grade SS316L stainless steel; main frame and outer protective covers adopt SS304 stainless steel. The compound heat‑exchange structure supports efficient heat recovery, recycling heat of high‑temperature sterilized discharge to pre‑heat incoming raw liquid, greatly lowering steam and cooling‑water consumption. Sanitary clamp connections are adopted for the whole pipeline without dead corners. Full CIP in‑place cleaning and SIP steam sterilization functions are available to comply with strict CE and GMP food manufacturing standards.
Plate section handles low‑viscosity clean liquid for high‑efficiency heat exchange; tubular section takes charge of materials containing pulp, fine particles or medium‑high viscosity, effectively preventing blockage during continuous long‑term operation.
