Uht Automatic Ultra-High Temperature Instant Sterilizer for Milk
Designed specifically for dairy processing, this UHT Sterilizer Machine delivers automatic ultra‑high‑temperature short‑time sterilization for milk and milk‑based beverages. Within several seconds, milk flows through fully sealed sanitary pipelines to achieve thorough inactivation of heat‑resistant spores and harmful bacteria. It effectively preserves milk’s natural protein, aroma and nutritional value, enabling finished milk products for long‑shelf‑life storage at room temperature.
All wetted parts are constructed from food‑grade SS316L stainless steel, while main frame and outer covers adopt SS304 stainless steel. Equipped with high‑efficiency heat recovery system to reuse heat from sterilized milk for raw milk preheating, greatly cutting steam and cooling‑water consumption. Optional plate or tubular heat exchanger meets production demands for pure milk, flavoured milk and particle‑containing milk drinks. Sanitary clamp connections avoid sanitary dead corners. Complete CIP in‑place cleaning and SIP steam sterilization are supported to satisfy CE and GMP dairy aseptic production standards.
