High Speed Self-Priming & High-Shear Mixer for Beverage
This sanitary high‑speed self‑priming high‑shear mixer is purpose‑built for beverage production. It combines self‑priming feeding, high‑speed shearing, emulsification, dispersion and material transfer in one compact unit. It effectively solves common beverage‑processing challenges including powder agglomeration, insufficient dissolving, poor dispersion, floating particles and phase separation.
Wetted parts adopt food‑grade SUS304 / SUS316L stainless steel. With high‑precision rotor‑stator working head, the machine meets GMP, CE and global food sanitary requirements. It can automatically suck liquid and powder materials without extra feeding pumps, enabling continuous inline mixing and homogenization. Widely used for fruit drinks, plant‑based beverages, functional drinks, syrups and beverage premixes, it serves as key processing equipment for modern beverage production lines.
