Automatic Self-Priming & High-Shear Mixer for Dairy
This automatic self‑priming high‑shear mixer is specially developed for modern automated dairy production lines. It integrates automatic powder suction, rapid wetting, dispersion, emulsification and homogenization into one single unit. Equipped with powerful vacuum self‑priming function, it directly draws milk‑base liquid and dry powder additives into the working chamber without auxiliary feeding pumps. Controlled by PLC+HMI automatic system, the whole feeding‑mixing‑shearing‑discharging process runs continuously. High‑speed rotor‑stator generates strong shear force to fully hydrate protein, stabilizers and emulsifiers, eliminating fish‑eyes, agglomerates and undissolved particles. It delivers fine and consistent dairy feedstock for downstream processes. Full sanitary design avoids cross‑contamination to meet strict hygiene requirements of large‑scale dairy factories.
All wetted parts adopt food‑grade SS316L stainless steel. Outer housing and support frame are SS304 stainless steel. The inner cavity is precisely polished without sanitary dead corners. Sanitary clamp connections support quick disassembly and CIP on‑site cleaning. Heavy‑duty food‑grade mechanical shaft seal prevents leakage and microbial intrusion. It complies with dairy GMP specifications and CE food‑safety standards.
