Emulsifier Self-Priming & High-Shear Mixer for Dairy
Specially engineered for dairy emulsification and powder dissolving processes, this self‑priming high‑shear emulsifier mixer integrates self‑priming feeding, wetting, dispersion, emulsification and homogenization into one compact unit. It creates strong vacuum suction to draw milk base and powder additives directly into the working chamber without auxiliary feed pumps. The high‑speed rotor‑stator delivers powerful mechanical shear to disintegrate powder agglomerates, fully hydrate proteins, stabilizers and emulsifiers. It effectively removes fish‑eyes, undissolved lumps and oil‑water separation, yielding fine, stable and homogeneous dairy feedstock. Full sanitary construction prevents cross‑contamination, making it ideal for continuous production in medium‑to‑large‑scale dairy plants.
All wetted components are food‑grade SS316L stainless steel. Outer housing and support frame adopt SS304 stainless steel. Inner cavity is mirror‑polished with zero sanitary dead corners. Sanitary clamp connections allow quick disassembly and support full CIP cleaning. Heavy‑duty food‑grade mechanical shaft seal eliminates leakage and microbial ingress, complying with dairy GMP hygiene standards and CE food‑safety regulations.
