Temperature control occupies a decisive position within dairy processing workflows. Rapid cooling and stable low‑temperature storage effectively preserve milk freshness and original quality after pasteurization or milk receiving. Cooling storage units serve as an essential link between processing equipment and subsequent filling or fermentation stations inside dairy plants.
Designed specifically for low‑temperature holding of milk, this cooling storage tank applies food‑grade stainless steel construction for all product‑contact surfaces. Inner tank material is SS316L with mirror‑polished finish, minimizing milk adhesion and making routine sanitation straightforward. The outer shell adopts SS304, with dense polyurethane insulation sandwiched between inner and outer layers to slow temperature rise during static storage.
Built‑in temperature probes deliver real‑time temperature tracking. Users can choose standalone temperature display or expand to automated linkage with external cooling systems. Standard configuration includes sterile breather assembly, sampling port and sanitary manhole. The tank supports CIP cleaning and SIP sterilization to satisfy strict dairy hygiene standards. All piping joints adopt sanitary clamp connections, simplifying on‑site installation, inspection and component replacement. It can work alongside pasteurizers, homogenizers and filling machines for complete milk processing lines, conforming to CE and GMP specifications for food production.
