Stainless Steel Food Grade Industrial Milk Storage Tank
Modern dairy manufacturing facilities require dependable intermediate‑storage capacity for raw milk and pasteurized milk across the whole production workflow. Industrial milk storage equipment acts as a buffer link between milk receiving stations, processing units and filling sections, balancing production rhythm for large‑scale dairy plants.
This Milk Storage Tank is purpose‑built for bulk milk holding. Every surface that comes into contact with milk is manufactured from SS316L food‑grade stainless steel with mirror‑polished finish at Ra ≤0.8μm. Smooth inner surfaces greatly reduce residue adhesion and simplify sanitation cycles. The outer SS304 shell encloses thick polyurethane insulation, minimizing temperature fluctuation even during long‑duration holding cycles.
Temperature and level sensors are fitted as standard. Users may select basic local display or upgrade to full PLC‑HMI automated management. The tank supports CIP washing and SIP steam sterilization, paired with sterile breathing assembly to block airborne contamination. Sanitary clamp connections are used throughout piping for quick access during inspection. It fits raw milk receiving workshops, pasteurization lines and finished‑milk buffer zones, complying with CE and GMP food‑production requirements.
