Industrial Stainless Steel Milk Cooling Storage Tank
For dairy production, low‑temperature custody is critical to lock in milk freshness after milk reception or heat treatment. This cooling storage unit is built to hold milk at stable cold temperatures, acting as cold‑buffer station throughout milk processing lines. It works cooperatively with external chiller systems to maintain consistent low‑temperature environment for raw milk and pasteurized milk before next‑step processing.
All milk‑contact parts adopt food‑grade SS316L stainless steel with high‑grade mirror polish. Smooth inner surface limits milk residue and simplifies sanitation work. The outer shell is SS304 stainless steel, filled with high‑density polyurethane foam insulation between inner and outer tank, effectively reducing cold loss and restraining temperature rise during long‑time static storage.
Temperature sensors monitor internal conditions continuously. Control options cover basic on‑site display and automatic linkage with chillers. Standard parts include sterile breather unit, level transmitter, sampling port and sanitary manhole. The tank supports full CIP washing and SIP steam sterilization. Sanitary clamp connections are applied for all pipe interfaces, making installation, inspection and component replacement efficient. It complies with CE and GMP requirements and fits different scales of dairy manufacturing sites.
