All wetted parts are made of premium food‑grade stainless steel. Multiple insulated independent tanks separately store acid detergent, alkaline detergent, hot water and recovered cleaning liquid. High‑density polyurethane insulation maintains stable solution temperature during long‑time circulation and reduces energy loss. Equipped with high‑precision sensors to monitor liquid level, temperature and chemical concentration in real‑time.
Adopting mature PLC+HMI intelligent control system, multiple custom cleaning recipes can be stored for juice, tea beverages, carbonated drinks and plant‑based drinks. Simply select the corresponding recipe and press start, the system will automatically finish liquid feeding, heating, automatic dosing, circulation cleaning, liquid recovery and drainage. Heavy‑duty sanitary centrifugal pumps provide stable flow and pressure. All pipework and valves adopt sanitary clamp connections to minimize sanitary dead zones. The system comes with fault alarm function for abnormal conditions. It complies with CE and GMP standards for food & beverage industry.
