Industrial Stainless Steel Aseptic Storage Tank for Water Milk
Our industrial stainless steel aseptic storage tank is heavy‑duty buffer equipment designed for large‑scale beverage and dairy manufacturing plants. It is applied for aseptic holding of purified process water, drinking water, UHT milk, pasteurized milk and various dairy liquid after sterilization before filling. Working together with UHT sterilizers, water treatment systems and filling machines, it isolates sterile liquid from outside air to prevent secondary bacterial contamination and maintain stable liquid quality in continuous mass production.
The wetted inner tank is fabricated from food‑grade SS316L stainless steel with mirror polishing Ra ≤0.8μm, free of sanitary dead corners and material residue. Outer shell is SS304 stainless steel filled with high‑density polyurethane insulation layer to achieve excellent constant‑temperature performance and reduce energy loss. The tank comes complete with sterile breather valve, CIP cleaning ports, SIP sterilization interface, level transmitter, temperature sensor, sanitary manhole and sampling port. It supports full‑automatic CIP on‑site cleaning and SIP in‑place sterilization. Real‑time data can be integrated with factory PLC‑HMI control system for centralized monitoring of production status.
Optional sanitary low‑speed agitator avoids fat floating and liquid stratification for milk and mixed dairy media. All pipe joints adopt sanitary clamp connections for quick disassembly, inspection and maintenance. Wide range of available volumes caters for medium and large industrial production capacity. It can operate standalone or inline within the complete processing line. Fully compliant with CE, GMP and FDA food hygiene standards for continuous industrial production of water and milk products.
