For large‑scale industrial beverage production, stable and repeatable cleaning performance is critical to guarantee product safety. This automatic fixed CIP cleaning station is floor‑mounted for permanent installation inside production workshops. It executes complete in‑place cleaning cycles for tanks, pipelines, blending systems and filling equipment without equipment disassembly. The whole process runs automatically, lowering human error and supporting continuous high‑output beverage manufacturing.
Constructed with food‑grade stainless steel, this fixed‑type unit adopts an integrated frame structure for stable long‑term operation. Multiple insulated independent tanks separately store acid detergent, alkaline detergent, hot water and recovered cleaning liquid. Thermal insulation keeps cleaning agent temperature stable throughout long‑time circulation and reduces energy consumption. Equipped with high‑precision sensors, the system continuously monitors liquid level, temperature and chemical concentration.
Controlled by PLC‑HMI system, the station supports custom cleaning recipe storage. Operators can select dedicated programs for different beverage products with one‑touch start. The system automatically completes liquid feeding, heating, dosing, circulation, recovery and drainage. Heavy‑duty sanitary circulation pumps provide stable flow and pressure. All valves and pipe fittings use sanitary‑grade connections to minimise dead‑leg areas. Abnormal conditions trigger alarm prompts. It fully complies with CE and GMP requirements for industrial beverage production lines.
