5000L Stainless Steel Aseptic Milk Water Storage Tank
The 5000L Stainless Steel Aseptic Milk & Water Storage Tank is a standard industrial sterile buffer tank specially designed for medium‑capacity dairy and beverage production lines. It is widely used for aseptic storage of purified water, process water, UHT milk, pasteurized milk, dairy base liquid and other food‑grade liquids between sterilization and filling processes.
Adopting food‑grade SS316L inner tank and SS304 outer shell with high‑density polyurethane insulation, the tank features mirror polished interior with Ra≤0.8μm, no dead corners and no residue accumulation. It effectively maintains stable temperature and isolates external contamination, ensuring consistent liquid hygiene and flavor before filling.
Equipped with a sterile breather valve, CIP cleaning port, SIP sterilization interface, real‑time temperature and level sensors, the tank supports fully automatic in‑place cleaning and sterilization. Optional low‑speed sanitary agitator prevents liquid stratification and fat floating for milk products. All connections adopt sanitary clamp type for easy cleaning, inspection and maintenance.
As a fixed standard 5000L capacity tank, it perfectly matches medium‑scale beverage and dairy factory output, realizing stable aseptic buffering, standardized production and low operation cost. Compliant with CE, FDA and GMP food safety standards, it is the ideal core buffer equipment for water and dairy processing lines.
