This industrial-grade storage vessel provides steady aseptic buffer supply for front-end sterilized materials to filling machines, ensuring uninterrupted production rhythm and consistent liquid quality during filling procedures.
This is our Industrial Stainless Steel Aseptic Storage Tank for Fillers, constructed with food-grade SS316L stainless steel for all liquid-contact areas with mirror polishing treatment to avoid material residue and hidden hygiene risks. The outer shell adopts SS304 stainless steel matched with high-density polyurethane insulation layer to maintain stable material temperature and reduce energy loss during long-term continuous production.
It is equipped with a sterile breather valve, dedicated interface docking with filling equipment, CIP automatic cleaning port and SIP in-place sterilization interface, paired with real-time temperature and liquid level sensors. Linked with the factory PLC-HMI control system, it can realize automatic material supply linkage with fillers to avoid empty tank shutdown or material overflow issues. Sanitary clamp-type connecting structures facilitate daily disassembly inspection and full sanitation work, fully meeting CE, GMP and FDA food hygiene standards for supporting filler production lines.
