All liquid‑contact components adopt food‑grade stainless steel construction. Independent insulated tanks hold alkaline solution, acid solution, hot water and recovered cleaning liquid separately. Insulation keeps cleaning medium temperature stable during long circulation cycles and reduces energy waste. Equipped with high‑precision sensors for level, temperature and chemical concentration, the system tracks key cleaning parameters in real‑time.
Available in semi‑automatic or PLC‑HMI full‑automatic control. The automatic version supports pre‑saved cleaning recipes for beer, milk and different beverages. Operators can call dedicated programs for fermenters, milk storage tanks, blending vessels or filling lines with one‑click operation. Heavy‑duty sanitary circulation pumps provide stable flow and pressure. Sanitary clamp connections eliminate dead‑leg zones that trap residue.
