Stainless Steel Sanitary Grade Aseptic Mixing Tank
The stainless steel sanitary grade aseptic mixing tank is a multi‑functional food‑grade processing vessel designed for mixing, blending, homogenizing, sterilizing buffering and aseptic storage of liquid materials. It is widely used in dairy, beverage, food, pharmaceutical and biological industries for milk, juice, drinks, syrup and liquid ingredient preparation.
The entire material contact part adopts high‑quality SS316L sanitary stainless steel with mirror polishing treatment, Ra ≤0.8μm, no dead corners and no residue buildup, fully meeting GMP, FDA and CE food hygiene standards. Equipped with a professional low‑speed sanitary stirring system, it provides uniform mixing, prevents precipitation and delamination, and improves liquid consistency and taste stability.
This aseptic mixing tank integrates thermal insulation, constant temperature control, sterile breathing device, CIP automatic cleaning and SIP in‑situ sterilization functions. It realizes fully sealed and pollution‑free material processing. The PLC+HMI intelligent control system precisely adjusts stirring speed, temperature and working time, ensuring stable and repeatable production results.
With modular and customizable volume design, the tank can be used independently or connected with homogenizers, sterilizers and filling machines to form a complete automatic production line. It is an essential core equipment for standardized and sanitary liquid food manufacturing.
