Stainless Steel Aseptic Vacuum Dairy Product Liquid Mixing Tank
For high-end standardized dairy manufacturing, this multifunctional processing tank integrates vacuum degassing, constant temperature blending and sterile holding, effectively improving dairy product taste, shelf stability and production consistency. It is widely applied for formula blending and intermediate storage of UHT milk, fermented dairy, cream and dairy beverage base materials in large dairy factories.
This is our Stainless Steel Aseptic Vacuum Dairy Product Liquid Mixing Tank, built with food-grade SS316L wetted parts and full vacuum sealing structure. It removes micro air bubbles inside dairy liquid to restrain oxidative flavor deterioration, while the matched low-speed sanitary agitator ensures even mixing without damaging dairy raw material texture. Equipped with polyurethane thermal insulation, CIP automatic cleaning and SIP in-place sterilization modules, the tank supports PLC+HMI precise adjustment of vacuum degree, temperature and stirring parameters, fully meeting CE, GMP and FDA food hygiene standards for aseptic dairy production.
