This stainless‑steel CIP cleaning station performs full in‑place cleaning, removing residues from tanks, mixers, pipelines and filling machines without equipment disassembly. Constructed from premium food‑grade stainless steel, the unit adopts compact integrated frame design. Multiple independent tanks separate acid detergent, alkaline detergent, hot water and recovered cleaning liquid. Each tank comes with thermal insulation to stabilise solution temperature and lower heat loss. High‑precision sensors continuously monitor liquid level, temperature and chemical concentration.
Users can select semi‑automatic or full PLC‑HMI automatic control. The automatic system handles feeding, heating, dosing, circulation and liquid recovery automatically. Heavy‑duty sanitary circulation pumps deliver stable flow and pressure. All piping, valves and joints are sanitary‑grade with minimal dead‑leg areas. Multiple cleaning recipes can be stored for juice, tea drinks, carbonated beverages and other beverage types. The system meets CE and GMP standards for food safety.
