Custom Professional UF Membrane Filtration Equipment for Drink Decolorization
This custom‑built UF membrane filtration system is not a standard off‑the‑shelf unit. We develop the whole set according to customers’ actual liquid indexes, processing capacity and site layout for drink decolorization and clarification projects.
Different from general filter devices, we select matched UF membrane material, membrane pore size and module quantity based on your raw liquid pigment content, turbidity and viscosity. Physical separation under low‑temperature condition strips out macromolecular pigment substances, colloids and suspended impurities. It cuts down the dependence on activated carbon consumption, optimizes running cost while keeping drinks’ natural flavor and active substances intact.
All wetted parts adopt food‑grade sanitary material. The system can be configured with manual or full‑automatic PLC‑touch screen operation, matched with CIP cleaning pipeline according to site requirement. Skid‑mount or split‑type structure is optional to adapt limited‑space workshops. We provide one‑stop service including scheme design, equipment manufacturing, on‑site guiding commissioning and after‑sales technical support, suitable for pilot trial as well as large‑scale beverage production lines.
