Stainless Steel Food Grade Aseptic Vacuum Milk Tank
Proper treatment of milk directly determines the final quality of finished dairy products. Vacuum‑sealed holding helps reduce air content inside milk, suppress oxidation reactions and retain original flavor during production. It is widely deployed in dairy plants for processing fermented milk, cream, UHT milk and various fresh dairy raw liquids.
This is our Stainless Steel Food Grade Aseptic Vacuum Milk Tank. All surfaces in contact with milk adopt food‑grade SS316L stainless steel with mirror polishing at Ra ≤0.8μm, avoiding residual substance accumulation and meeting strict food‑sanitation requirements. The outer SS304 shell is filled with high‑density polyurethane insulation to keep a stable processing temperature for milk throughout the whole working cycle.
Working under closed vacuum conditions, the tank removes dissolved gas from milk. Equipped with sanitary low‑speed agitator, it maintains uniform liquid state and prevents fat floating. Supported by PLC‑HMI control system, operators can set and monitor vacuum level, temperature and stirring status on the touch screen. It comes complete with sterile breather assembly, level and temperature transmitters, sampling port and sanitary manhole. Automatic CIP cleaning and SIP in‑place sterilization are supported. All sanitary clamp connections simplify inspection and cleaning work. The tank complies with CE, GMP and FDA standards, and can work cooperatively with sterilizers, homogenizers and filling machines within full‑scale dairy production lines.
