High Efficiency Stainless Steel Automatic Pasteurizer
Built for continuous pasteurization of various liquid food, this high‑efficiency automatic pasteurizer adopts moderate‑temperature sterilization technology to eliminate harmful microorganisms. It keeps the original sensory and nutritional properties of raw materials, well‑suited for mass production with cold‑chain circulation requirements.
All product‑contact surfaces are manufactured from food‑grade SS316L stainless steel, while frame and outer casing use SS304 stainless steel. Integrated heat recovery module reuses thermal energy from heated output to pre‑heat incoming raw liquid, effectively cutting steam and cooling‑water consumption. Sanitary clamp connections are adopted for the whole pipeline system to avoid sanitary dead corners. CIP in‑place cleaning is supported to comply with CE and GMP food‑grade hygiene requirements.
Plate heat exchanger serves as standard configuration for regular low‑viscosity liquid. Tubular heat exchanger is available for materials mixed with fine pulp or tiny particles to prevent blockage during operation.
