UNS N07750 Inconel X750 AMS 5667 Round Bar
- Age-hardened nickel-chromium alloy Inconel X750 (UNS N07750, EN standard 2.4669) strengthened by aluminum & titanium precipitates
- Ultra-high tensile, yield strength and outstanding fatigue resistance after standard aging heat treatment
- Excellent anti-stress corrosion cracking & oxidation performance at wide temperature range (-200 ~ 815°C)
- Stable mechanical properties under long-term high-temperature cyclic load & vibration conditions
- Good weldability, only simple stress relief required after welding without complex heat treatment
- Custom hot forging, hot rolling and full CNC machining strictly per customer CAD drawings
- Manufactured in compliance with ASTM B446, AMS 5542 international superalloy standards
- Long service life for aerospace spring, turbine, nuclear and high-load precision components
This series of Inconel X750 round bars are hot forged & hot rolled solid precipitation hardening nickel alloy rods. The base material is delivered in solution annealed condition, customers can conduct aging treatment to achieve ultra-high strength and hardness. With balanced nickel, chromium, aluminum and titanium elements, X750 combines excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, chloride corrosion resistance and supreme fatigue performance, which cannot be matched by ordinary solid-solution nickel alloys. It is the core raw material for high-temperature springs, gas turbine components, nuclear fasteners and aerospace load-bearing parts.
- Gamma prime precipitation hardening Ni-Cr-Al-Ti alloy, gains high strength via low-temperature aging
- Outstanding fatigue and creep resistance under repeated vibration and high-temperature load
- Great oxidation resistance up to 815°C, stable in high-temperature air and flue gas environment
- Resist chloride SCC, pitting and crevice corrosion for marine & nuclear service conditions
- Retain good toughness at cryogenic temperature, no brittle fracture risk
- Suitable for components requiring both high strength and long-term anti-fatigue performance
