Product Overview

This forged austenitic stainless steel tubesheet is critical pressure‑bearing component for shell‑and‑tube heat exchangers. Produced from premium stainless steel ingot through multi‑direction upsetting‑stretching open‑die forging, followed by solution annealing and stress‑relief heat‑treatment to achieve homogeneous metallurgical microstructure through the entire thickness.

304L serves for general weak‑corrosion environment; 316L improves pitting‑corrosion resistance for moderate chloride‑containing medium; super‑austenitic 904L is applied for severe corrosion scenarios such as dilute sulfuric acid, mixed acid and high‑chloride process. After rough machining, full non‑destructive testing and precision CNC deep‑hole drilling for tube‑hole array, the tubesheet is ready for tube bundle assembly via expansion or strength welding. Widely adopted for condensers, evaporators and process heat‑exchanger equipment under corrosive operating conditions.

304L (F304L, UNS S30403, EN 1.4307):Low‑carbon version of 304 austenitic stainless steel; avoids intergranular precipitation of chromium carbide during welding; good corrosion resistance for fresh water, atmospheric and weak‑acid medium, widely used in food and sanitary‑grade equipment.
