Product Overview

This series of Inconel 625 round bars are hot forged & hot rolled solid nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy rods. After full solution annealing and stress relief heat treatment, the material forms uniform homogeneous grain structure, with stable dimensional tolerance and balanced high strength & comprehensive anti-corrosion capacity.

Inconel 625 is a widely used solid-solution nickel superalloy strengthened by molybdenum and niobium. It does not rely on aging hardening to obtain high mechanical properties. It maintains stable performance in high temperature oxidation, seawater chloride medium and acid corrosive environments, which cannot be matched by ordinary stainless steel and common nickel alloys. It is the preferred raw material for aerospace, offshore subsea, chemical high-pressure equipment and nuclear industry precision components.
