Product Overview

This series of Inconel 625 solid shafts are manufactured via hot rolling + cold drawing forming processes. Two standard heat treatment grades are available: Grade 1 Low-Temp Solution Annealed for general corrosion service; Grade 2 High-Temp Solution Annealed for high-temperature creep resistant working conditions.

Inconel 625 is classic solid-solution nickel superalloy strengthened by molybdenum and niobium elements. It combines ultra-high mechanical strength and full-spectrum corrosion resistance, outperforming duplex and austenitic stainless steel in harsh high-temperature & chloride media. Solid shaft blanks eliminate complex forging pre-processing, directly machined into pump shafts, valve stems, subsea rotating spindles, aerospace turbine shafts and nuclear equipment transmission shafts for aerospace, offshore oil & gas, nuclear power, chemical and desalination industries.

  • Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb single-phase solid-solution alloy, strength obtained without precipitation aging
  • High molybdenum & niobium content greatly improves pitting resistance in brine and sour gas

  • Retains full ductility and impact toughness at ultra-low cryogenic temperatures
