Busbar PCB

Busbar PCB, also known as heavy copper power PCB, is designed for high-current power applications. It integrates circuit traces and busbar structure on one PCB board, replacing traditional separate copper bars, saving assembly space and improving system reliability.

Our custom busbar PCB can support current up to 200A or higher. Copper thickness ranges from 3oz to 10oz. Surface finish options include ENIG, hard gold plating, HASL, OSP. We can make gold-plated terminals for reliable high-current connection.
