The TICTM800K Series is a high-performance thermal interface material featuring ceramic-filled phase change compound coated on MT Kapton film. At 50°C, the surface softens and flows to fill microscopic irregularities between thermal solutions and integrated circuit packages, significantly reducing thermal resistance.
